Zimbamax, I think that is a typo for "area_capitolships.ini" but I'm not certain. There isn't a area_capitalships.ini, so that's a messup, I think.
However, I am having much difficulty putting Nomad Gunboats and Battleships into the game. I can get fighters without so much as a hitch (they have shields now ) but these capships just WILL NOT appear anywhere. I'm trying to get them in Ew05 (Outcast Unknown).
Here is what I have; if anyone can see the problem, I would be most appreciative if they could give me a hand:

I have done exactly as this forum says, and I get nothing except more and more Order, Outcast, and Nomad fighters - NO capships whatsoever.
If anyone can see what I have wrong, I would again be very grateful for any help. I have tried putting this encounter into the Zone around Manhattan as other people have done successfully, but I still get nothing there.

it will let me connect and then i'll make a new character then i'll click the character and load that character then it says LOADING then it says your connection to the server has been lost(or something similare to this)this is usually caused by a server going offline or something..or your internet connection is ...something
Well ya'll know what i'm talking about
then it brings up a don't send error with the FLserver and then i click dontsend and it exits out of FL server
