Where can i find the Cloaking mod?

hello please can someone tell me where i can find the cloaking mod for Freelancer?
and dont be afraid i dont use it on MP i only want to play it on SP it would be great if someone tells me that thanks

Nobody knows how the cloaking mod works.
And if you would like to prove me wrong, the actual mod would be some proof.

Due to the detrimental effect of the cloaking mod on the MP experience of this game I am compelled again as usual to close this and all other threads discussing cloak. Sorry.
