A simple program to change difficulty for MP

I wrote a program to change the difficulty for MP. U can download the program to try:

The program read *.ini.txt files inside systems' directories and overwrite the ini files. So I expected users have created the *.ini.txt files using bini manually. I also suggest users to backup the original systems' ini files in advance.
