cant get mod to activate, anybody had this problem, or know how to fix it all other mods work fine, (using mod manager 1.31 , already reinstalld both manager and game)

Try installing the Freelancer SDk v1.3 after you install Freelancer.
Sometime this will help especially if the mod has some xml scripting...
The SDK is a self installing exe file. Just browse (install) to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer
