Mod affecting Max Level

I have finished the game, and have reached level 38. Somewhere, I read (or thought I did) of a mod that increased the max level SP play. Is there one, and where can I get it? What is the latest version of Evolutions Mod? Thanks.

OR... let me rephrase that...Is there a way to create a mod that just modifies the max level. as in Max_Level=umpteen gazillion?
