FRBalance 1.9

When i deactivate Rebalance 1.9, it deletes all of my files

I'm not sure, but I think that isn'tupposed to happen.

Sorry bro, but your in the wrong forum. There is also a Rebalance forum all for its own. But if you mean the save games, FLMM copies the save games into different folders for each mod. So if you have 5 mods with saved games, there should be 5 folders.
When you reactivate the mod it copies them into your saved game folder. So, it should all work ok.
