every time i start it it askes something about command line parimater?? what do i type? im a noob when it comes to thatkind of stuff..

and my 2nd question is

every time i disable my fire wall and start up a server and i look for my server useing the FLServer.exe thing it says my server is lan?(yes):to lan?) how can i change this? >
