Ship Skins not working

I just downloaded "WTS-World-V-2-1", and the new ships dont have any skins.
I dont think it is the that particular mod, I have also downloaded ship mods.
The Ragnorok had skin, but the others didnt. Is there something Im missing?

Yeah i've got the same no textures on the ships issue with the new WTS (even with the version 2.2 patch installed), any help in this would be much appreciated!!

I followed someone's advise in the WTS forum and got it the custom ship skins back - I did a clean install of FL, SDK, and WTS - but it was updating my gfx card that did the trick.
