Throttle Weirdness in "The Order Needs you!" Mod

After installing the mod & Finally reaching Kyoto, whenever I leave Kyoto the Throttle has to always have the Button Pressed or you grind to a halt, and Both "Cruse" & "Go To" have totally Stopped working...

HELP!!!!

This Is Realy bugging me, No Throttle Toggle, Cruse or Go To After Visiting Kyoto, cant even dock unless i'm within 500m.....

[EditFound a way to use Cruse & Go To, but i have to be doing atleast 79K before i click the Cruse Icon.
Have to be facing exactly the direction of the waypoint & be doing 79K to use Go To....[/Edit

How can I revert the Throttle, Cruse & Go To to Normal???

Fixed now, was a Driver bug.
