FL Massive Addon not working

I installed it with FMLL, ran the two MA files, yet one i start up single player/ my own server, nothing is changed, if there is something new, i think there should be changes involving the START of the game As well. Just need some help.

FMA is made to EXPAND the universa, not to change the original FL. You have to find the new jump gates or jump holes in various systems and explore the new part of the universe. And due to the bug in the NY waypoint routing you can not run FL story with this mod from the beginning. Just install it after missions and go exploring.
