SDK and FLMM install

When using SDK and FLMM (I play SinglePlayer only) , which do you install
first?
A: SDK first , then FLMM?
B: FLMM , (NOT acivating any mods) then SDK ?
I will be using SDK v1.3 and the new FLMM 10

You can install the SDK at any time just make sure there are no mods activated when you do it.
