How do i Mod a server?

How do i mod a server? do i just activate the mod on FLMM and run FLServer (P.S. i wanna mod my server with TNG Mod 1.7, and P.S. again: i have IonCross FL Server Operator MK.III)

Yep.
You activate the Mod on the server with the Freelancer Mod Manager.
Then You start the FLServer.exe.
Then You start Freelancer.

TNG 1.8 or whatever Starfyre Studios decides to name the next version of TNG is due to come out soon. From what I hear from Starfyre it will be approximately 100 megs in size so maybe you'll want to wait for the next version.
