Spawn Mod

Is there such a mod that enables you to spawn items in Freelancer? I caught a modder the other day using something like it.

He was spawning piles of Cardamine all over the place (I'm talking about 9000 cases of it).

Anyone?

i have seen that on a server, almost all the systems had cardamine, but i dont no how to do it, i remember seeing it somewhere in these forums, so do a couple searches
