SP Mod Recommendations

I have finished up the stock story line (somewhat of a disappointment, IMHO), and I am now around level 30. Can someone recommend a good mod or two? I am sure that there are lots of good ones, but I am having some difficulty sorting through all of them. I only play SP, and I am hoping to find something that I won't have to do a lot of patching/tweaking to make it work.

Any and all help and suggestions are appreciated.
