Mod Compliments

okay This is a topic for Posting Compliments about mods you are using

so far I have seen the babylon 4 ships pack, porsche's starwars ships mod, massive addon, starwars crossover 1.4, and silverfires weapons pack.

they are all great.

to the authors of the massive addon mod, I think the idea of combining all the ships packs is a great idea, and if I know how to mod for the flmm I would offer to help find a fix. any chance of getting the weapons pack in there as well?

does any one have any recommendations for mods for the sp campaign? and how do I load the different trent clothing mods?

I think that all Mods deserve a compliment.

It takes allot of hard work to make a mod.
Most of the Freelancer Mod Makers have spent hours just reading the information here in the forms before they even begin the project.
Some mods take months to make.

I think it's been the ships that help make the mod.
So hats off to all the ship modders. clap clap clap clap

to change trent's clothes (what Idid) scan downloads here. in the addon catagory there's a bunch of modified files done by electronic nightmare, listed as trent's clothing mod #etc. she gives instructions, but here's a quick rundown. find the clothing file you want, backup the pl_trent_body.dfm file, drop the clothing file of your choice into the c/prog/mickeyslop games /fl/ data/ characters/bodies folder. viola' trent is stylin' . no need for flmm. trent's clothing mod v1.0 puts him in Orillion's duds. I goofed up one time and trent ended up Tobias fat bastard lookin'. rather comical as the face did sooo not fit.

Yes sir, I've been doing that for a long time. I posted a list ID'ing the body files in the General Editing forum. It's called ID of body files, dated 10-26. It got all of 2 replies.

Alot of the mods like Starwars Crossover don't sound familiar to me. Where can i find them?

The Mods and most of the utilities plus other goodies are in the section. There are 6 pages of downloads so don't just look at the first page. At the bottom of each download page there is a link that says next page click on that.
