rebalance 3.01

first - this mod rocks. however there seem to be some major stability problems with this one. the game can crash unpredictably either by locking up or causing a reboot - on XP pro!! the most unstable system seems to be sol but it happens at other times as well. any help?

Well, I'm sorry I'm not the one with the answer but I did also want to say mine is crashing too. I started this mod from the beginning with a new game and a fresh install of Freelancer on a freshly loaded harddrive and I'm still getting crashing, this time in Dublin. I can't seam to get around it. I have to think it's mabye in the loadout of an AI ship that I might have blown up and tractor beamed something aboard the game doesn't like? I don't know. I wish someone would be able to help cause I wanted to play this mod. In fact, the only mod that never crashes on me is the TNG mod. They seam to have it together. Too bad every other mod out crashes.

having a similar prob with rebal 3.01, WXP Pro on NTFS, system crashes on some jump gate transitions, and reboots, it sometimes manages a autosave, only after i started a new game, makes the start of FL alot better! does not seem to affect my old original game?
Will try upgading to rebal 3.12
