Where is this dam system?

hi to all, im gaming rebalance 3.01 since the release but i dont find the centauri prime system (or how its called) please help (and i know that this system exist because a friend has bought a shild for 9.999.999 credits,and he said its somewhere in bretonia but i dont find this dam system,please help!!!!
