Only mod that doesn''t crash = TNG final

Well, I've tried most of the mods out there and so far the only one that doesn't crash is TNG final. It's a breath of fresh air to play and not get kicked out to the desktop waisting the half an hour or so of playing you just endured since your last auto-save. The mod could be a bit bigger in my opinion with the systems but there again, system mods don't seam to be so easy to get stable. Good job guys on TNG. You do have to install it exactly how they say to though. It's works like a charm. The openSP function is hot as well.

If you have been using mods especially mods that add dll files you need to uninstall Freelancer. Make sure you deactivate any mod that you have activated in the mod manager first. After you uninstall Freelancer make sure the Freelancer folder was deleated by the uninstall routine by going to - this is the default directory - My Computer \ C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft Games \ Freelancer. Then you can reinstall Freelancer and activate the mod you want to use. I can tell you how many times I have had to reinstall Freelancer but I wont

Yeah I hear ya. I've done that and currently I'm trying to play the Rebalance 3.01 mod where as I started with a new game from the beginning with a fresh (first) install of FL on a freshly formatted and loaded harddrive. I'm getting crashing in Dublin when killing the AI so I'm thinking it's something in the loadouts.ini kinda like the fixes for Serious Serius but I couldn't say what. I don't mod at all and would need at least minimal instructions on where to look. I may try to go back to an older save in my game (this mod) and see if it crashes still.
