Rebalance 1.9 - unable to progress past lvl 21

Well, I've done all the story bits and now I'm stuck at level 21. Next level requirement says "mission" a few successfull missions later it still says "mission". Ideas anyone? Cheers...

Sorted - it was the bleedin' M$'s patch 1.1. Had to re-instal FL...
