FLMM 1.2 problem

Hi folks.

The problem I have is that I can't get the damn thing! I spent the morning downloading rebalance 1.9 on my knackered old dial-up, but I have realised that I can't install it without FLMM 1.2.

I have found the links to it on the utilities forum, but when I click 'em I just get a blank browser windon, and no kind of reaction from my connection. Can anyone help me out here and provide me with a link or something?

Please assist,
I can't seem to get a single link to the FLMM v1.2 download to work.
I can only stare at the mod file on my desktop and imagine the possibilities...!
