Need Help..

ups, was posting this before to wrong place, anyway my question was -
Where could i change my ship radar powwer, you kno the thing on the left, i want to see Titan ships if they are 100k away from me, but usualy u see them on 2,5k..

Well how do you name it then?
Yeah i mean the list thing where you can see your nearly ships.. (in down LEFT)
There you can see planets and other ships, you can see planets from where ever you want, but you cant see ships from wherever you want in system..
(eg, if im near unknown jump hole in omicron gamma, then i see planet crete, but i wanna see players/bots from that distance also)

Oh thanks, well i don't know about the whole power slash radar deal but im sure that if i can get the help i want i can get a mod that will show u ships that are 100k away.
