does anyone know how to install the rebalance mods?

Install the flmm teen copy the rebalance folder inthe mod directory
Launch flmm then validate rebalance mod

Question : why cant i access more than 100 cargo space in my Armored transport the rest seems full , but i carry nothing ?????? is it a bug
