how can i change the start money on my server

Hi i have a freelancer server and i was wondering how i change the start money please help .

In your freelancer\EXE\ directory, edit the file 'MPNewcharacter.FL'
Change 'money = %%MONEY%%' to 'money = 100000' or whatever you want.
*NOTE* On the character creation screen it will still say 'Starting money 2000 Credits', but when the game starts it will be the value you entered.

Could be in both, it is a server based question.
