New ATI Catalyst 3.2 results

I'm looking to start a thread for users who have the new 3.2 Catalyst drivers and their results with Freelancer. I have mine, but I still notice a slight 1 second delay on many of the ingame menus. I did not notice this delay using the 3.1 drivers and the workaround. Also, this delay goes away when using the workaround with the new 3.2 drivers. Anyone else getting this? It is my opinion that these new drivers provide a relief, but not a perfect fix to the problem. Not that it bothers me, I've already beaten the game with the workaround but it is an annoying little problem. Anyone getting better results?

P.S. I tried running the game with performance and quality settings and got the same results both time.

New drivers made all the difference for me. Game runs great now with hardware acceleration maxxed out.

this driver did NOT fix my crashing issues. I took out the 9700, slapped my ti 4600 back in there, and the game runs very nicely!

Great, 3.2 solved the menu issue.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tan Hauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die.

the 3.2 drivers work fine with max acceleration, 2x AA and 8x Anisotropic filtering in 1600x1200.

Yeah I recently upgraded from geforce 3 to radeon 9700.

Nice card!

I am running the demo in 1600x1200 4x aa and 16x aniso fine ?is that normal ? :-)
Although you won't hear me complaining :-)

The game looks absolutely great with these settings.

1024x768@32bpp with x6 AA and x16 AF and it's smooth. The FPS maxes out at 100. It only drops when i kill 2 freighters one on top of the other.

I had no problem downloading the new Catalyst, but when I try to install, I get KERNAL32.dll with the Installinf and some YY file.

I have a 9000 Pro card, running at 1024*786, with the full detail on. On the current driver it does Chug a bit when there are 10+ items in the immeadiate area.

I thought the Catalyst was supposed to work with any series 9000 card
