*FIX* XML Parser Text Errors

This fix worked for me, hopefully it will work for others running Windows XP and maybe other earlier OS's.

From a run line enter the following two lines:
regsvr32 /u msxml4.dll
regsvr32 msxml3.dll

Then, on the Freelancer CD go to the REDIST folder and run MSXML3.MSI this will re-install the parser. It is very imporant to run the above commands otherwise the fix will not work.
