Problem with cut-scenes

My computer hangs up on cut scenes. The picture just freeze. It is random - sometimes everything is ok, sometimes game crashes. The only thing I can do is restaritng computer. I just love this game and I can't stand this situation! HELP!

athlon 1.8
ecs k7vta3
pixelview geforce 4 4200 128mb with newest nvidia drivers
256 ddr ram
sound blaster live value

Have the newest drivers for your sound card? There have been quite a few issues with the SB Live in this board.
