Server crashes

I have a problem with my server. I start it, and begin to play on it (onlym myself), and after a few minutes it crashes. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Pentium 4 1800 mHz
256 MB RAM
GeForce 3 Ti 200
Cable connection
No firewall running
