Was your net worth above 55k when you reached lv18? If so, that might be your problem, as it's only designed to go up 1level at a time...but that's just something I heard.

This is more blind speculation, but maybe you could try lowering your worth to below the 55k mark...then when you cross that line again, it might level-up. Though you should probably wait and see what other's (who've actually played the full version) have to say.

You need that much MORE to level up. That's not the total networth you should have before levelling occurrs. The window will list what your current net worth is as well as what you're required to get before levelling again.

I'm having the same problem... I'm stuck on 18, and can't get to 19. Is that really how it works? The window says how much u NEED TO GET, not how much net worth is needed to advance?? That might be it... Oh well! Guess I gotta play more to find out!

thats right its how much more you need, not how much next level is. In other words if next lvl says 55k you need to increase your net worth 55k

Apparently the 'next' level requirement changes when you complete the SP campaign. During the SP campaign the levle requirement is reach X networth or complete the next mission, once you finish its 'you need this much MORE networh'.
