How to get tractored items installed?

hello friends,
got a simple question and I´m not sure if it´s a bug.
How do you get items installed to your ship that you have tractored in yourself?
I simply can´t find the option to do so at the equipment dealer - even if my ship has free parts left to install new items it is not possible.

Top left corner there is a little icon inside the icon of the equipment that looks like a jigsaw piece (kind of I guess)

Click in with equipped weapons to unequip them.
Click it for unequipped weapons to equip them.

You can't equip items you tractored in flight, gotta land somewhere first. Then use the blue icon, top left corner of the equipment's icon.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the darkness at Tan Hauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die.
