FLServer crashing the game?

Hi, I''m having this problem:

I'm playing the game, and I also have a server on, If I'm in the game and hit alt+tab and it jumps to another program I have running and then I maximize Freelancer again, it all goes fine, but If I jump to the FLServer and then to the game again, it doesnt open the game, the game just closes, I really hate this, Is there anyway to fix it?

I'm running Windows XP with a AMD Athlon XP 1900+ and 512mb DDR.
