from DEMO to FULL version

I have completed the first mission in the DEMO and right away i knew i was going to enjoy the rest of this (looooooong awaited) game, so i bought the full version tonight and decided to install it. But first i gotta ask, how can i use the save files already made in the DEMO with the first mission completed, so in the full version i don't have to start from the beginning of the game?!

I don't know the answer to this for sure, but personally I wouldn't since from what I hear the demo is a little different than the full (not a ton, but a little). I know there were some posts about this in the "Freelancer Discussion" forum, so if you still want to do this you may wish to check there. Good luck if you attempt it.

heh i guess this solves it.
nothin' i can do but restart.

thanks for saving me the trouble of further searching.

and i guess restarting isn't so bad after all....that demo mission couldn't have been exactly the same as its going to be in full version....could it ???
