Server Command Switches?

How can I start the server using the default values - so I don't have to accept the dialog? I'm trying to install it as a service - but I can't because it can't display that darn dialog box.

Well, I've found that if you use the /c switch, it just starts right up and doesn't prompt you for the name and desc, etc.

Now if I can only wrap this thing in an NT service
