how would a 16MB video card do in FreeLancer??

Since the recommended video card memory for the game is 32 MB, I am wondering how my weak-ass "GeForce 2 Go 16MB" laptop video card would do. Anyone knows?

1.7GB Pentium 4 mobile
16 MB GeForce 2 Go
256 MB RAM
20GB harddrive

... i know i know, this is not a gaming system, but that's what I need for checking my email anyway....

The video card is definitely the limiting factor. It MIGHT work... Try the demo and see how it goes.

I think Freelancer requires a 32 meg video card.

As with most things, try it and see

Fluffle Master..

Try it, you're really going to want at least a GeForce 2 to run it at a decent resolution though and detail.

Whilst we're on the subject of laptops, how do you think this one would do?

I'm getting it for my birthday and it's about a million times better than my current setup.
