massive addon mod help

I'm using the massive addon mod, v1.1 I think, and I'm wanting more. Many other mods don't seem to work with it. Even small ones like the engine color mod. Anyone familiar with other mods that are compatible? Sorry if this is a repost, I couldnt find a previous entry. O and I'm using the mod manager also.

That's a common problem with many mods. "Individual" coding will often cause compatability issues.

basically what you have to do is check out if the mod has xml script files in it usually its one page with nothing on just the mod name or website usually you delete that one page and they would work . also alot mod makers include the sdk with theyre mods even if it makes no changes . i have engine shop mod also theres a file martket misc you need that if you change supplys sold in bases that file is in both mod they cant work together.

Can you explain a little more on the engine mod. Not that I need that mod that much, I'd like to see it. The market file you mentioned I was unclear on

the market misc is a file that has weapons and thrusters and all that stuff for sale . i have it in my beacuse i have gammu and primus and ryuku base selling weapons and thrusters and shields. if you have a mod that does have that file in which i dout because everybody has extra system or has bases that sell stuff. if you wanna try it try one of the ship mods like str wars ship pack or just running vanilla no mod at all.

I think I'm good on the ship and equipment and such. I'm using one of the Babylon 5 Vorlon ships. It has seven battleship missle turrents, various guns, and that Last Minute torpedo. Two frieghter shields also. It's fun. Looking foward to using it with the destructive universe mod. I don't wanna give it up for a new game playing Crossfire or TNG, or something like that.
I have another problem. I installed that SDK fix file. Now FL won't startup. I was reading an old thread on it, and never really seen an answer. I'm starting to think a fresh install and just saving my saves is gonna happen.
