I'm trying to install Freelancer on WinXP and it keeps running into the same errors.

After making the initial setup options and clicking "install", I get:

error:

"Freelancer setup encountered a disk error while writing to the file
C;\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\msxml3.msi. Make sure your
hard
disk is not full and that the file is not in use."

after i click ingnore its the same problem with the freelancer.exe file.

If I click Ignore it strikes the same error with the next file and so
on...

The hard disk has plenty of free space (around 9 gigs). I'm logged in as
administrator (actually I'm the only user).
