reinstall help

I tried to reinstall the game, I ran the uninstall wizard and deleted or moved all the freelancer files. I tried to install in and it shows an error then closes on "Creating Game Folders"

Try again, Delete the Freelancer folder thats in Microsoft games folder, then delete the frelancer forlder in My Games folder. Restart your computer, insert dick and install. Should go fine. **Note, check disk for any smudges**
