level up problem

I'm now in level 20 and is worth 651.000.

The problem is that the personal screen tells me I require to take a mission to level up, but the story part is over!

What do I do?

P.S: I'm not using any mods

It means, take the base /faction missions, earn credits to get to the next level. What is required, not based on how much you have.

I have taken alot of missons from bars, but still nothing happens.
