That's very stange m8, it looks like some file on your CD is corrupted and i am surprised that it's the logo.wmv one.
If you had Freelancer installed before then try to clean your registry, delete any files that might belong to Freelancer and try again.

i tryd it but it didn't worked but i tryed to install not the full version only the server that worked but now i tryed to run it but then their was displayed a massage "please insert the correct cd and the restart the application can someone help me ?

I would open My Computer, and delete the freelancer file, then do a reinstall of the full game.

Note - Do you have a MS copy of the game?

So you installed the server version and tried to run it, but it said insert the correct CD? Did you try putting in the CD, or was it already in the drive? TBH, I'd just take it back to the and ask for another copy - if they say no, tell them that returning an item that is faulty is well within your consumer rights, and those superceed and punk assed store policies.
