My comp is suddenly unable to read a file!

Lately i can't get my game to start. When ever i click on the icon it gives the message "E:/FL/Scratch/Source/Client/config.cpp(383) :*** ERROR: Unable to read Freelancer config file (Freelancer.ini)" Can someone please help!!!

uninstall, delete the folder, then reinstall the game.
