Sound Error: Missing MP3 codec

can anyone tell me what this line is referring to and what codec I might be missing?

C:\work\builds\dalibs\dalibs-build\build\Src\WavLib\wavlib.cpp(32) : ERROR:General:StreamingSound: missing MP3 codec?

I have been getting this with 3D sound on and off. I have a SB audigy 2 ZS laptop pcmcia sound card. I'm having some crashing problems, and I'm not sure this has anything to do with it, but I am curious what this could be so I can get the codec it wants

found the problem. Seems I had the wrong fruahoffer codec thing installed
