FLMM not working correctly

As the title incures, I'm having trouble with FLMM 1.31 working correctly.
I have tried to activate the Advanced Beam Weapon Mod and get a box that has the following message:

Error: FLMM has determined that "Advanced Beam Weapon Mod" won't properly activate. This was only a test run, so no files were changed (besides being decompressed) Look in log for more details."

I've used this before without any problems before, however since I had to re-install windows xp recently, this doesn't want to work now.

What exactly is the error? It occurs because FLMM parses the xml files for the advanced beam weapon mod, and finds an error. This either occurs when opening FLMM - or when trying to activate the mod. If its when your trying to activate the mod, I would suggest reinstalling the game - or installing the SDK.
