OK I'm coming back and i'm coming back to Freelancer hard. First I wanna start a clan server but every time I click to open it, it does the whole loading server thing then says it encountered a problem and has to close.

Please help!

Could you be more specific about the error message. Is this the standard XP error message that says "encountered a problem" or does it say something else?
