Sound issues (not the classic one)

No search... This may have been covered before...
Every time i install the recent Vinyl drivers for my VIA onboard sound playback in FL changes sample rate. Starts playing fine, then goes to half speed, then quarter, eventually sound like the paranoid android on heroin. Any guru's have a better solution than rolling back the drivers?

Hey Anton.

Um... well, it appears that you're in a rather large company of folks with problems with the Vinyl drivers. I've been using an ASUS mobo with a VIA chipset audio onboard for awhile, though, without having any issues. You might want to update your Hyperion drivers if you have a VIA-chipset mobo and see if that helps

edit : guess i outh to say i do have VIA based mobo and current hyperion already installed.
