Missing Encounters

I got the error:
Error: Unable to find section (1 rep):
[EncounterParameters
in 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer\data\universe\systems\li02\li02.ini' while trying to run a mod, where can I get a replacement lio2.ini to put in [EncounterParameters. I reinstalled but it still has problems.

1. Do you have a mod activated? If so go to #2 If not then ignore #2

2.i think the command line should have Li_02 mabe im not that very good at modding (ask a professional about this FIRST before possibly messing up the mod)

Have you installed the SDK perchance? I don't remember if FLMM can decrypt ini files (if they are encrypted) - but I suggest using the SDK first - and then try activating the mod afterwards. Always close FLMM before re-attempting anything.
