PC reboots

Since a week ago, my PC is acting all weird.
Freelancer still plays perfect, just like before, but sometimes my PC just reboots all of a sudden while i'm playing.
After the reboot, it tells me my PC has recovered from a serious problem, and the damaged files are in my temporary internet files.
I think this has to do with a bug in my online account.
I tried reïnstalling Freelancer, and it worked for a while, but every time i go online, it just reboots after half an hour, an hour, two hours, etc.
It's driving me nuts!
Did this ever occur to anyone else ?
What do I do about it ?
Oh yeah, I've deleted those damaged files, but it keeps happening...

Try uninstalling the game - then reinstalling it - including save files (yes, you will lose them).

I already reïnstalled it, and my offline single-player saves were gone, but my online data was saved onto the server, i'll try deleting that file (i'll lose my Eagle, class 10 shield, class 10 guns, nomads, class 9 turrets, and everything else though...)

What kind of video card do you have? I had a ATI one once that over heated and would reboot if I was playing games. I had to replace the card. *Note, it had no fan.

I don't think overheating's the problem..
I just delted my online account and tried again, but a minute after i was playing, i docked into a jumpgate, and it rebooted (it does that a lot when i take jumpgates, sometimes when i'm flying around too).
After the reboot, the damaged files were listed, some .mdb file that was located on C:/WINDOWS/Minidump (i removed all of the files in that folder),
and a file named 'sysdata.xml', but i searched it, and the file wasn't found on my PC..
This file keeps bugging me, every reboot, it says file's damaged...

Where do i find this xml file ?
Will deleting those files get rid of my problem ?
