Server list comes up empty

Whenever i try to play multiplayer, no servers show up to join! Ive diabled antivirus, didnt work, i have no firewall, even the XP firewall is disabled. I tried hitting the refresh button, ive tried just about everything anyone could think of. can ANYONE help me?

Try this:

1. Re-install Freelancer
2. When the Menu comes up asking for your FLID copy the ID and erase the ID in the box
3. Now type your FL ID in again.

It worked for me, it might work for you.
