MyFlAccountID.hta corrupt - need new one

I have a small problem with the file MYFLACCOUNT.HTA... Well, the server that I was on had to delete my account, and for some odd reason, now it won't accept my account ID. Can someone send me a new one or tell me how to modify mine?

If the server deletes your account its gone so make another, but they should have a backup of it. But If they didn't have a backup of it then recommend you don't stay on that server, as any Good server owner should keep backups to stop that from happening.
