Mission 6 Won''t Complete

After beating the race in Mission 6, nothing happens.
I have beat the race in two ways; beating it without a second chance and beating it after the second chance. Then nothing happens, the mission log says nothing.

Did you go back to Battleship hood?
Did Hovis tell you to meet him on Battleship hood?

After I beat the race, nothing happened, but the race was over though. The weapon platforms turned green to friendly. I tried to go back to the battleship but it wouldn't let me dock, the same for the jump gate.

Are you running any mods? Sometimes they do screwy things to the SP storyline missions.
