Explorer error when entering game(without using mod)

The game crashes when I trying to enter. An explorer error occurs and it says(some of the words are turkish and I can't translate them. Sorry for it. But I think the problem is clear to understand for expert computer users):

LOL sorry to disapoint you but i have no idea reading that memory dump.

but the only thing that makes a bit of sense *probably* "EAX" . try looking for your sound card maybe? alittle info on your system hardware would do much help to hint what the problem might be.
