Cant get onto Multi Player

I am new to this Site but after beating Freelancer a few times i signed up here and started to play online but a few days ago a problem started when i get to the server selection creen it just says connecting to global server and never does ive tryed every thing I know does any one know any thing that can help me?

Are you running the latest ZoneAlarm firewall? If so, turn it off. It won't let Freelancer pass it's protection grid.

hey i have had this problem and i got yahoo's all-seeing eye. try that and c if it works
